Definitions

Website - means website and applications through which we offer our Services.

Service / Services - means any product, service, content, functionality, and function offered by our Website.

Account - run under a unique name (login / email address) of the functions made available to the User and the account in which the User's data is collected.


User - means anyone who uses our Services or visits our Website.
    
                     - Warehouse - user that has opened and setup an account with own calendar or calendars that allows                                              other users to book  and manage time slots in.

                     - Supplier - user that has opened and setup an account  allowing to book and manage time slots in the 

                       calendar/s  of another  user  





Introduction

These regulations define the rules for the provision of Services to the User by the Website Operator - Trimax Mazur Sp. J. , ul. Krakowaka 78A, 43-340 Kozy.

Website Use Policy

General Terms of Use of the Website

A prerequisite for gaining access to the Website is the User having a device communicating with the Internet with an internet browser that supports the HTML standard. For proper operation of the website, the browser should:
support HTML 5 version (HTML 5);
support Cascading Style Sheets in version 3 (CSS 3)
and have JavaScript enabled in JavaScript.

To fully use the functionality of the Website, the User's web browser must accept cookies. Rejecting the cookie files will, among other things, prevent you from logging in to the Website. You can read more about cookies on here.

The User accepts the Website as it is.

Users can be natural persons who have completed 18 years of age and have legal capacity. The User may act on his own behalf or on behalf of another entity that is not a natural person (legal persons and organizational units without legal personality, but who may acquire rights and incur liabilities on their own behalf) if they get permission to represent that entity.

Access to parts of the Website and certain Services is possible only after registration and creation of an Account by filling in the appropriate form by the User in which he / she provides his / her data (data processing rules are specified by Privacy Policy). The User may register more than one account, provided that a different email address is provided for each Account. To create an Account, it is not allowed to use a temporary email address.

The User gains access to the account maintained on the Website after entering the login / e-mail and password. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password. The User may not use the Accounts of other Users and share the Account with other persons. The user is responsible for all activities performed using his account.

The User may not share the Services offered as part of the service with others, it is prohibited to share or transfer personal data to others (unless the User has obtained the consent of the person referred to) and the content available as part of the Services offered by the Website.

As part of the Services offered, the User may connect to third party services (eg Facebook, Google) in it may be necessary to grant the Website the right to access, store and use its information in a third party service in accordance with the rules described by the administrator of such a service.

All actions taken by the User on the Website should comply with the applicable law and may not negatively affect the operation of the Website.

In the case of suspicion that there has been a breach or unauthorized use of the User Account, the User should immediately contact the Operator.

It is forbidden for Users to bypass measures to prevent or restrict the use of the Services.

In the event of a breach by the User of the Regulations, the Website Operator reserves the right to limit or block access to part or all of the Website.

Details and rules for using the Website

The website supports the process of managing the loading and unloading of goods at the docks.
We distinguish several types of Users on the site:
Supplier;
Recipient;
Warehouse;
Carrier;
Forwarder;
Driver.

With the exception of 'Driver' accounts, Users have the option of creating accounts for other Users themselves. By creating any account for another User, the User must absolutely recover from the person for whom he sets up the account to create an account and accept the Regulations, he must also become familiar with the Website Privacy Policy and inform about cookies used on the Website.

For the correct operation of the mechanism of booking the date of delivery or receipt of the goods, it is necessary to correctly configure the warehouse settings and warehouse docks, including such as:
working hours of the warehouse / storage dock
type of storage (unloading and / or loading)
type of goods served
type of vehicles supported
type of  loads handled (top, side, rear, etc.)
loading / unloading times for particular types of vehicles and / or types of goods.
Until you define your own settings, the default settings will be used.

Users can specify what data is required during loading / unloading in their warehouse. By booking the date of unloading / loading Users may skip some or all of the data required by the given data warehouse, however, then the deadline may receive conditional notification status and may not be served in the given warehouse (in such cases, we recommend direct contact with the given warehouse).

In the case of booking a period in a warehouse along with providing personal data of the driver, delivering or receiving goods from the warehouse, the driver's data will be forwarded to the User with whom the delivery or pick-up date has been scanned.

Website Users receive email notifications and SMS regarding reservations, complaints or incomplete data. Each User, in the notification settings, has the ability to determine what types of messages he wants to receive.

The service, using the services of third parties (Google Maps), allows monitoring the position of vehicles and / or drivers. To use this Service, it is necessary to assign a monitoring device to a specific drive and / or driver. The availability of visualization of vehicle and / or driver positions depends on the availability of Google Maps.

Some Services offered by the website allow data export. The exported data may be used only by the User who has exported the data and can not be transferred to a third party.

Data added to the Website by the Users must be consistent with the facts and may not contain the content:
unlawful;
containing threats;
abusive, malicious, obscene;
violating copyrights;
harming the Operator or third parties.

The Operator has the right to remove content that violates the provisions of the Regulations.

Fees

The amount of fees for standard access are posted on the wenbsite www.infodock.net.

For individual or dedicated services prices are set in individual bases.

Prices are subject to change without any notice.


Operator Responsibility

The operator is not responsible for:

- for the truth and accuracy of information provided by the Users;
- force majeure, teleinformation system or devices from the Independent Operator;
- operation of third-party billing services offered on the Website;
- User's actions in the service that do not comply with applicable law or in breach of the Regulations.

Complaints

The User may submit complaints regarding non-performance or improper performance of the Service by the Operator, within 14 days from the date on which the Service was performed or should be performed.

Complaints may be submitted via electronic correspondence sent to the address info@infodock..net or in the form of a registered mail sent to the following address: Trimax Mazur Sp. J., ul. Krakowaka 78A, 43-340 Kozy.

The complaint should include at least: first and last name, e-mail address of the User assigned to the Account, circumstances justifying the complaint, as well as the User's request related to the submitted complaint.

The Operator recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The operator reserves the right to suspend the processing of complaints if the data or information provided in the complaint form must be supplemented - at the moment the Operator considers the complaint within 14 days from the time of completing the notification in the indicated scope.

Change of regulations

The Website Operator is entitled to change the Regulations and this change becomes effective on the date indicated by the Operator.

If the new Regulations are not accepted, the User may terminate the contract with the Website Operator.

Logging into the service after the date of change means you accept the amended Regulations.

Dispute settlement

The law applicable to the contract is the subject of Services provided to the User by the Website Operator, under the conditions set out in the Regulations, the Polish law is provided.

All disputes related to the Services provided on the Website will be resolved by the competent Polish common courts. The user who is a consumer has the opportunity to use the out-of-court method of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in Bielsko-Biała.

Validity of the Regulations

If any and all provisions of the Regulations are declared invalid by a final court decision, the remaining provisions of the Regulations shall remain in force.
